RETURN & EXCHANGE

We would like to bring to your attention an important policy regarding purchases made during our sales events. Please note that items purchased during our sales are final sale. This means that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for these items.

As part of our sales events, we strive to provide our customers with exceptional value and savings on a wide range of products. In order to offer these discounted prices, we must adhere to our policy of final sale for sale items.

We understand that purchasing decisions can sometimes be challenging, and we encourage you to carefully consider your selections before making a purchase during our sales events. Should you have any questions or concerns about a product, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team. We are here to assist you in any way we can.


In order to qualify for an exchange please ensure your product is returned in the original condition with the tags still attached, they are unworn and without odour or perfume and are not damaged or marked. Our returns department has the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet these conditions. In this instance, the item will be returned to the address on the original order. 
Before shipping an item back to us, please request an exchange authorisation request from our returns department within 7 days of receiving your order. You can do this by emailing ayanahcollection@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for exchange.

Please note, you will need to cover the cost of your exchange back to us if there are no faults with your item. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels. In a rare incident that the item has arrived with a fault, we will reimburse the returns delivery cost within 7-10 working days of informing us of the problem.
